Helping YOU move forward and upward
It takes courage to succeed as a leader and in life. Many of us are so afraid of not being good enough that we end up frustrated or even paralyzed.
When you partner with a Danest specialist—a coach or leadership expert, a speaker/presenter, or a workshop facilitator—we’ll uncover what’s holding you or your team back so everyone can move forward with confidence, conviction, and joy. During our tailored sessions, we’ll ask courageous questions and help you push boundaries and overcome challenges. We’ll celebrate your wins. As you discover how to become wildly successful in every aspect of your work and life, we’ll guide you and cheer for you every step of the way. You’ve got this!
Meet Our Coaches
Our Founder
Debbie
I’m Debbie Crouse, the founder of Danest Enterprises. I’m a certified coach; a seasoned speaker; and a dynamic workshop/training facilitator. My approach to business and life is intentionally strategic yet simple. I always say that leadership and coaching have been my passion for nearly 40 years, but the truth is, it’s been my focus for almost my whole life.
As a teenager, I earned the Girl Scouts’ “Gold Award” (equivalent to Eagle Scout) and was the captain of my softball teams. In college, while receiving my pharmacy degree, I was president of my fraternity (Kappa Epsilon forever!). And during my 30+ years as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve received countless sales and leadership awards (one of my favorites is the VP BullDog Award).
Anyone who knows me knows I coach the way I live, work, and play:* with curiosity, courage, and compassion. I love helping people get out of their own way so they can blossom into competent, respected, happy SUPERSTARS who approach each day with passion.
*I LOVE to play! For me, fun means challenging myself with things like whitewater rafting, competing in triathlons, traversing waterfalls, biking, and playing pickleball (my new obsession). You’ll also find me traveling with my family; attending a musical or a play; or curling up in a sunny spot with a favorite book.

Stephanie
For a long time, I believed there was a right way to live and work, and wondered why I kept falling short. I planned the way everyone else planned, organized the way everyone else organized, and kept trying to fit myself into systems that were never really built for me.
The shift came when I stopped trying to fix myself and started working with my own brain, energy, and strengths instead. I have ADHD, and it is part of what makes me who I am. The last decade or so has been about embracing that: celebrating how I think, what I bring, and building a life that actually fits.
That's what I've learned along the way: thriving isn't becoming more like everyone else. It's becoming more like you.
That belief is at the heart of my coaching. I partner with leaders who are exhausted from performing leadership the "right" way. Together, we explore what working and leading can look like when they are designed around your strengths, your energy, and your rhythm. My clients walk away with personalized systems we partner to create, plus the confidence, self-trust, and freedom that come from leading as themselves.
Before coaching, I spent over a decade in business management, HR, and operations, building systems and developing teams everywhere from Starbucks to Walt Disney World. I'm the EST in Danest (my brother Dan is the DAN), and I run our business alongside my mom, Debbie. That makes this work feel like family because it is.
When I'm not coaching
I'm an outgoing introvert who lives for deep conversations and real connection. You'll find me in Philly cooking for the people I love, hosting parties (murder mystery is a specialty), traveling somewhere new, reading, or spending time with my nieces, my parents, my brother, and my sister-in-law, who is really more of a sister. It all comes down to the same thing: good people, good food, and good stories. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Our Philosophy
Treat others as THEY want to be treated
This is our version of the Platinum Rule. Here are some of our other guiding principles:
Courage to Believe... is seeing what’s possible.
Embrace your messiness. Striving for perfection is exhausting.
The most important question a leader can ask: “What do you need from me?”
Life is an adventure. Embrace the twists, turns, and triumphs.
Fear is a given. Feel the fear—and go for it anyway.
Great leadership and coaching is all about you.
Get outside your comfort zone, and you’ll start to grow.
